Matthew visited NYU to give a talk entitled "Synaptic and Intrinsic Adaptations for Enhancing Reliability in an Auditory Relay". He was hosted by fellow Regehr lab alum Adam Carter, and it was fun to catch up. Matthew also got to meet with several faculty doing really exciting work.

Gabriel Si finished his project write-up, and got his MS conferred. Gabriel's project has been to develop optogenetic techniques, which are new to the lab. Congratulations, Gabriel!

Connor Cook just got awarded a McCroskey fellowship to support his research during his senior year. This will help support his work making in vivo recordings of units in the auditory nerve and cochlear nucleus. Congratulations, Connor!
