Gavin received the First Place, Undergraduate Level, award in the Neuroscience as Art competition. His image, "Neural Waterfall", is from his project looking at morphology of auditory nerve synapses across the cochlear nucleus. Way to go, Gavin! NeNuroscience as Art

Sydney presented a poster at Neuroscience Research Day. She showed that nitric oxide and endocannabinoids play essential roles in the long-lasting effects of noise on the auditory nerve. Great job, Sydney!
